Step into the cage, grab a bat, and get ready to swing, it’s that simple! Once you’re in, you’ll choose your pitch speed and game mode, whether you’re easing in as a first-timer or turning it up for a proper challenge. As the balls are pitched, your job is to time your swing and make solid contact — that’s where the magic happens. Powered by HitTrax, every hit is tracked in real time, showing your distance, speed, and score instantly on screen. Not feeling like a slugger? You can also switch it up with our interactive catching and throwing game — perfect for testing your aim and reactions. Got kids? No issue, the cages are family friendly and we have pint sized equipment for the little ones. There is no age restriction, as long as a parent or guardian is present and comfortable.

Here’s what you can play:

• Batting Practice – Flying solo? This is your go-to. Just you, the bat, and instant stats on every hit so you can see exactly how you’re tracking.

• Point Game – Our most popular mode (and where we’ll usually start you). Smash the balls, rack up points, and battle it out — highest score at the end wins.

• Home Run Challenge – For those who want to swing for the fences. You’ve got a set time… how many bombs can you launch?

• Team Battle – The closest thing to a real game. Pick your innings, split into teams, and go head-to-head as you work your way around the bases.

• Target Rush – Not your thing with a bat? No worries. Grab a mitt, catch and fire at moving targets on screen — part baseball, part arcade shooter, all fun.

No experience needed — just step up, have a crack, and see how you stack up.

Nervous for your first go? Don’t worry! You will have a host induct you into the cages, inform you of all the safety requirements, go through the games and set you up for success at the start of your booking.
